HF's manufacturing center in Belišće and Valpovo, Croatia, represents the technological heartbeat of the HF Group. As the largest production unit within our company, we combine tradition, innovation and sustainability in an impressive way here.

Innovation meets sustainability

With a total area of around 100,000 square meters, our production sites combine state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies and sustainable production approaches. Over the last ten years, we have made significant investments to optimize processes and improve our environmental footprint. These include

  • Energy efficiency: by using solar energy and LED lighting, we are lowering our energy consumption and reducing CO2 emissions.
  • Resource conservation: Electric forklifts, a comprehensive waste separation and prevention system and state-of-the-art painting technologies contribute to the sustainable use of resources.
  • High-tech manufacturing: Our CNC machines and automated manufacturing equipment stand for precision, productivity and quality at the highest level.

HF Belišće and Valpovo offer the perfect combination of many years of expertise and modern manufacturing. The locations have stood for industrial excellence since 1884, and we have been manufacturing high-quality machines since 1954. Today, our range of services includes:

  • Customized solutions: From vulcanization presses and tire building components to tanks for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Flexible production: Efficient machines, a qualified workforce and an established infrastructure guarantee fast and precise implementation of projects.

A look into the future

With the opening of our new production center in Valpovo at the beginning of 2023, we are setting another milestone. This is where we manufacture highly specialized machines for the food, animal feed and edible oil industries as well as for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Our investments of over 50 million euros in state-of-the-art technologies, infrastructure and green energy projects underline our commitment to innovation and sustainability.
